USA Gymnastics
USA Gymnastics (USAG) is the national governing body for gymnastics in the United States. It provides competitive opportunities, training resources, safety standards, and support for athletes, coaches, and gymnastics programs.
Our Levels 8–10 athletes compete through USA Gymnastics to gain advanced competitive experience, develop their skills, and challenge themselves at higher levels of the sport. USAG competitions give our gymnasts the opportunity to perform, grow in confidence, connect with other athletes, and continue progressing toward their goals.
We train hard, compete with purpose, and continue to grow—on and off the floor.

If you have experienced or witnessed a concern involving athlete safety, misconduct, or other issues within gymnastics, you can submit a complaint to USA Gymnastics for review. Your voice matters, and we encourage you to report concerns through the appropriate channels.

How to Report a Concern
Step 1: Identify the Concern
Take a moment to identify what happened, who was involved, and why you believe it needs attention.
Step 2: Gather Relevant Information
Provide any details that may help us understand the situation, including the date, location, people involved, and supporting documentation, if available.
Step 3: Complete the Reporting Form
Fill out the concern or issue reporting form with as much accurate information as possible. You may include your contact information if you would like to receive follow-up communication.
Step 4: Submit Your Report
Review your information and submit the form. Your concern will be directed to the appropriate person or department for review
