Secretary & Recreation Program Facilitator
Blaire M.
Blaire Morgan proudly serves as the Secretary and Recreation Program Facilitator at Champion Mindset Gymnastics. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, she was shaped by a strong sense of family, community, and athletic tradition. With her mother a former gymnast, Blaire developed an early appreciation for discipline, strength, and performance. Watching Dominique Dawes shine on the world stage sparked a lifelong admiration for the sport. That inspiration led her to train in gymnastics and later expand into dance and cheerleading during high school, where she built confidence, resilience, and a passion for performing. At 20, Blaire began pursuing a career in Medical Assistance, driven by her desire to serve and uplift others. She studied Biology at Spelman College, deepening her commitment to leadership, growth, and meaningful impact. Her dedication to youth development continued as a Co-Leader with Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, where she guided young girls toward confidence and self-discovery. Through active parent involvement and mentorship, she became increasingly engaged with Champion Mindset Gymnastics alongside her daughter—what began as support soon evolved into leadership. Today, Blaire combines her administrative skill, mentorship experience, and lifelong love for gymnastics to help create a positive, structured, and growth-centered environment. Watching her daughter live the dream that once inspired her is a full-circle blessing, but her greater purpose is to see every child grow, push beyond limits, and step boldly onto their next big stage—both in the gym and in life.

Kennedy M.
I began my competitive gymnastics journey in 2021 and am currently a Level 8 gymnast entering my fifth competitive season. Over the past several years, I have earned multiple State, Regional, and National titles, including two-time AAU State All-Around Champion (2024 & 2025), two-time Xcel State Champion (2023 & 2024), three-time AAU Regional Champion (2022, 2023 & 2025), and two-time AAU National Champion (2023 & 2025). I am also a two-time Junior Olympic qualifier and the 2025 Junior Olympic Floor Champion. I have been coaching since 2023 and currently work with athletes from Copper through Platinum levels. As both a competitive gymnast and a coach, I bring current, firsthand experience to the athletes I train and understand the commitment the sport requires. As a coach, I strive to be supportive, positive, and technical. I am passionate about helping gymnasts reach their goals, build confidence, and achieve skills they once believed were out of reach. My goal is to create an environment where athletes feel challenged, encouraged, and proud of their progress.
